Our Cattery Registrations
Proud TICA Members
Our cattery registrations include The International Cat Association (TICA), the world's largest genetic registry
of pedigreed and domestic cats. MaineStCoons is a TICA-registered cattery for both Maine Coon cats and Maine Coon polydactyl cats. All of our cats and kittens are TICA-registered with a five-generation certified pedigree. We are active, participating members of the TICA South East region and exhibit at TICA shows throughout the country every year, including the local show in Anniston, Alabama hosted annually by Alabama Paws & Claws.
Cat Fancier's Association (CFA)
Our cattery was established with CFA before we became active with TICA and we maintain an active registration today. We occasionally attend CFA shows, but rarely compete there, as the Maine Coon breed standard is slightly different between CFA and TICA and our cats and kittens adhere tightly to the TICA written breed standard.
Loving Cats World Wide (LCWW)
Maine Street Coons is a proud Founding Lifetime Member of LCWW, an organization that aims to increase the visibility of all CATS, educating EVERYONE to do their part with the overwhelming rescue situation, preserving our breeds, and protecting our ethical breeders, all while organizing ground-breaking interactive Cat Extravaganzas. As members, we have sworn to abide by the LCWW Code of Conduct Specific to Breeders.
