Noni comes to us from our dear friends Susan and Blair Milburn of Cascade Mountain Maine Coons in South Carolina—a program I have admired and respected for years. Their cats possess an exceptional beauty and unmistakable type that have long inspired me, and I once only dreamed that one day a Cascade Mountain cat might become part of Maine Street Coons. To now be entrusted with a girl who will contribute those extraordinary qualities to the future of our own lines is beyond anything I imagined.
With her beautifully balanced head, luxurious silver coat, and unforgettable presence, Noni embodies so much of what we treasure in the Maine Coon. From the moment I first saw her, I knew she embodied so much of what I treasure in the Maine Coon: a breathtaking brown classic tabby with exceptional type, beautiful lynx tips, and expressive eyes that stop you in your tracks.
Marigold is, to me, a quintessential American Maine Coon—balanced, feminine, powerful, and sweet. Her beauty is timeless rather than exaggerated, with the unmistakable presence of a cat whose every detail feels true to the breed we work so carefully to preserve.
